What gauge wire do you generally use for this?

I use about 1.5mm gauge wire.

I was wondering if you could help me... For the falls you said to use decorative string... I just found ribbon roll of cording and used that, but it didn't work out too well.

What kind of decorative string do you use or suggest to use?

What did you use for these two: Little Pink Hana and Turquoise Nanohana?
